Hybrid working is also on the rise, with 72% of businesses offering it to their employees compared to 47% in 2021.
With the increasing demand for flexible working, employers are needing to up their spending on benefits to attract and retain Gen Z talent.
Wellbeing is also becoming more important for the workforce, with many organisations now introducing wellness days for their employees.
Despite the growing concerns about a potential economic slowdown, salaries are still expected to grow in 2023.
