Business Development Manager – Key Accountabilities:

You will be the subject matter leader for a range of solutions & services with particular focus on being the commercial lead and deal architect across key areas such as Virtualisation, Storage, Networking, Servers, Hyper-convergence and Software Defined Solutions from Dell, EMC and VMware. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Develop relationships and have a pro-active approach with current and new clients
  • Provide a single point of contact for key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure that service to the customer is of the highest standard and quality at all times.
  • To build strong relationships with client vendor account managers
  • Increase service excellence through adding value and benefit selling
  • Provide client support to events

Business Development Manager – Required Competencies:

  • 2-3 years proven track record consistently achieving against targets
  • History of growing business in accounts within a portfolio of technology products and services
  • Self-sufficient, confident and able to make things happen in your business
  • Shows creative approach to taking opportunities and solving problems
  • Self-Motivated with a desire to win new business
  • An understanding that success is achieved through effort and determination
  • Commitment to get the job done
  • Well-presented with a professional attitude
