Sales Support Executive – Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all paperwork is complete prior to and post professional services engagement
  • Liaise with sales / SE / PS teams
  • Liaise with suppliers/service providers
  • Book delegates onto training courses and confirm
  • Provide back-up / support to operations manager
  • Answer in-coming calls (everyone does this!)
  • Welcome visitors to the offices (everyone does this!)
  • Generate and send maintenance / support certificates
  • General office admin

Sales Support Executive – About You

This role requires an enthusiastic individual who has a desire to succeed within a sales environment. You should be well presented and have good communication skills and be able to forge relationships with new and existing clients. The candidate should also possess good organisational skills and have good attention to detail and be able to work as a team.

  • Experience working in a busy sales / sales support environment within the IT Reseller industry
  • IT services sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to develop a strong career with an industry leader
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to adapt to change and provide ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
  • A great team player with the desire to show initiative
  • Ambitious/determined
