The selected candidate will be joining a leading Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) vendor featured in several recent Gartner reports such as BAS Market Report, Market Guide for Vulnerability Assessment and Hype Cycle for Threat Facing Technologies.


The Role: 

The selected candidate will be committed to growing their global business as part of the company’s strategic growth plan. The role of Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe is responsible for developing scalable revenue streams from the region and through partners such as GSIs, MSSPs and Technology Alliance Partners.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop existing relationships as well as selling to net new enterprise customers. The company sells through a channel network across the region so experience of scaling business through partnerships is a key element of the role. The role reports to the Regional Director of Sales for Southern Europe.

This role is based in Italy and some travel will be required.



  • Expected to accomplish regional sales targets of the Company.
  • Engaging in business development and sales activities with corporate prospects.
  • Working in coordination with sales, marketing, sales support, and pre-sales teams.
  • Working together with solution providers such as resellers, service providers and SIs.
  • Provide market and product feedback to the product team.
  • Working in coordination with the Customer Success team members to ‘hand off’ accounts.
  • Working in coordination with Presales teams to exercise and execute the company vision.
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach.
  • Ensure successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.


The Candidate: 

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the cyber security market
  • A proven track record of building scalable business in the region
  • Be a strategic thinker with experience of building scalable business models
  • Possess an understanding of key industry drivers and major technology vendors
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company

  • Experience with CRM applications preferred
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Possess strong commercial acumen and presentation skills
  • Possess strong technical skills

Salary:  €117k – Double OTE
