Our client provides a wide range of best-in-class cloud communication and technology solutions.

Formed in the year 2000 they have grown to over 200 people across the UK and are looking to expand their sales team based in the UK even further.

As an internal Account Manager, you responsible for directly managing and growing a portion of the Company’s customer base, proactively developing relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The main element of the role will involve getting to understand your customers’ needs and requirements to make recommendations for improvements identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities that generate additional revenue.

This would be an ideal role for you, If you are passionate about customer retention and have brilliant customer service skills, always managing the risk of revenue churn and ensuring that your overall base is in growth.
