The Role:
Similar to other hyper-growth/hyper-scale software companies like Zoom, Snowflake, Hubspot, Atlassian; the company uses a product-led growth model, delivering a great product directly to end users, many of whom will evaluate the product via free-trials and freemium versions of its software.
To execute on this opportunity, we need consultative sales professionals who understand what it takes (/or have the drive) to deliver a repeatable sales process that ensures we maximize the value our customers,

Thus, we need ‘Advocates’ to have strong communication and relationship-building skills, in addition to the gravitas/emotional intelligence to lead discussions with customers about what they’re trying to achieve and how we/our products can support them.

Experience in a product-led growth model – where the product ultimately does the talking – would be useful, but – as the product-led approach to growth is relatively new – we know there’ll be great candidates that haven’t had this experience yet.
