Telco Account Manager – The Role:

Due to our clients continuing success they are seeking a passionate, dedicate, IT Sales professional to join one of their sales team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day account management and sales of our mobile product portfolio, and all associated products and services, to our existing customer base of mobile resellers. Working within this fast-paced sales role you key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Target, Develop and grow a group of set reseller accounts within the mobile sector
  • Build professional, strategic and productive business relationships with account base via telephone conversations
  • Regularly achieve individual revenue and profit targets
  • Understand the account base and demonstrate accurate account mapping/forecasting within all accounts
  • Good understanding of our mobile products and associated services, able to pitch new products into account base
  • Working with the internal Cloud team to cross-sell to each other’s customer base
  • Providing customer quotations
  • Communicate out of stock and lead time information to customer
  • Backorder Management ensuring maximum fill rate per order, communicating with the customer(s) on back order status
  • Working productively with Product management team, sending all relevant information and updates to your customer base

Telco Account Manager – Required Skills / Experience:

  • Experience of working within the Telco/Mobile sector is essential – either distributor, reseller or vendor
  • Strong Mobile knowledge is required for this role, other IT knowledge would be beneficial
  • A track record in sales – demonstratable experience of successfully working towards targets
  • Able to deliver proactive account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong, disciplined, and structured attitude to work
