What you will be doing

  • Inherit team of 2 x Senior Account Directors (Existing book £1.25m GP per annum)
  • Grow and run your own business within our business
  • Your choice of a personal target carrying role or not
  • A 2-year minimum opportunity with budget to hire 5 x Account Directors
  • Team responsible for acquiring new clients in a ‘win, retain, develop’ strategy
  • Minimal Spending Accounts to hand over (conversely, history tells us the most successful accounts are ones which are ‘self-generated’)

 Your skills and experience 

  • Holds an evidencable track record of managing a sales team selling Cisco and / or Microsoft solutions into high end commercial / enterprise / public sector spaces
  • Manages sellers into end users rather than through channel
  • Hungry individual capable of developing a near-greenfield team, winning new logos and developing enterprise customers
  • Self-starter who understands the importance of being part of a world class team
  • Capable of achieving team targets in excess £3m GM per annum
  • Storyteller who understand their role in the sales process and can leverage internal/external resources to close business
  • Capable of selling; kit/licences, professional services and managed services
  • Somebody with Ambition
  • Entrepreneurial Flair
  • Fluent in English
  • Someone who is driven to overachieve on targets

 The package

  • Dependent on track record/experience
  • Base – Between £65-£80k pa
  • OTE £65k-£80k pa
  • Target (after ramp period, pro rata) £2.5m-£4m pa
  • Uncapped accelerators once team target is achieved
  • 3 x Bonus’s available up to £40k per annum
