The Role:

The role of Sales Director reports directly into the UK Managing Director and the key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a sales team of 7 (mix of Internal Sales Executives & BDM’s)
  • Focus on the mid-market territory
  • Supporting the sales team with key deals
  • Managing key customer relationships
  • Representing & managing relationships with key security vendors
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Responsibility for sales and margin in the allocated territory

The Candidate:

The candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leadership in a channel focussed technology business.

  • Ideally at least 4 years of experience in leadership
  • Ideally has a background in cybersecurity
  • Experience in the mid-market territory
  • Experience growing sales teams (both hunters & farmers)
