Senior Account Manager – Role Overview:
You role will be to build and maintain a solid customer base of mid-market and enterprise accounts. Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to;
Ensure individual targets are achieved on a monthly basis

  • Identify and generate new prospects
  • Maintain existing customers
  • Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Attend regular technology training sessions

Senior Account Manager – Required Competencies:

  • A proven IT Background
  • Ambitious and Self-motivated
  • Capable of managing own time and workload
  • Develop and Close Business Opportunities confidently
  • Full understanding of products, prices and supplier discounts
  • Driven to achieve with a positive mental attitude
  • Communication skills (listening, persuasive, presentation)
  • Courage to address and resolve issues
  • Flexible approach to business requirements in our London office
  • Is creative and uses own initiative whilst also paying attention to detail
