Due to continuous growth, we have a fantastic opportunity to expand our Sales Team. We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Client Director to join a ServiceNow Partner. The role of Client Director would be responsible managing and grow a very small number of key strategic accounts.

The successful person will have proven experience in:

  • Client Director experience gained within the IT industry (ideally involving Enterprise Software)
  • Firm understanding of ITIL
  • ServiceNow knowledge preferable.
  • A working knowledge of IT Service Management, processes and best practise.
  • Ability to personally plan and own sales campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication skills in negotiating, listening and presenting.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating at a senior level.
  • Ability to help create ServiceNow solution proposals, SOW documentation, Request for Information/Proposal documents in line with client requirements alongside Pre-sales team.
  • Desire for continual self-learning and keeping pace with the evolving ServiceNow platform.
  • Flexibility to rapidly adapt and overcome challenges or changing priorities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a small number of our largest accounts and carry responsibility for their success, growth and satisfaction
  • Client focused and have the ability to create raving fans.
  • Be a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
  • Identify, create, campaign and close sales opportunities within your accounts
  • Provide commercial leadership.
  • Perform account targeting and planning: undertake campaign and opportunity planning to maximise sales effectiveness and agree on the activities performed by a virtual team.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring the forecast is updated on a daily basis.
  • To work effectively with Solution Consultants and Delivery Teams in defining the right proposition for a specific client requirement.
  • To effectively manage and maintain long-term customer relationships at the highest level.
  • To manage the entire deal lifecycle from campaign to commercial close.
  • Support marketing activities and artefacts such as webinars, podcasts, whitepapers etc.

 

Desire Experience:

  • Proven record of attainment of sales targets
  • 5 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management gained within the IT industry
  • Reseller and Vendor backgrounds are both welcome
  • Familiar with planning and owning sales campaigns
  • Demonstrable SaaS sales experience
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness (run your accounts like your own business)
  • Experience gained working for a recognised IT reseller and/or vendor/manufacturer
