Business Development Executive – Required Skills / Experience:

  • Proactive and driven to achieve results
  • Comfortable developing business over the phone
  • Able to connect with people and generate rapport very quickly
  • Comfortable presenting to people whether face to face or in the virtual environment
  • Works collaboratively with others to deliver results
  • Takes responsibility for the goals and tasks assigned
  • Looks out for and escalates new client opportunities

Business Development Executive – Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by proactively calling and selling products and services to a defined audience of prospective clients
  • Maintain a high level of outbound phone activity engaging both with new prospects and pipeline deals
  • Pipeline management to ensure coverage to achieve sales targets
  • Cold calling the allocated database of prospective clients
  • Following up pitched prospects to answer questions and progress the sale
  • Close the sale in accordance with client need
  • Smoothly hand the account over to the Client Success Team
  • Effectively move prospects through the full sales process
