Salary:£25000 - £40000 + OTE
You will be joining a IT services company with a regular spending set of customers. Your role will involve managing all aspects accounts.
Managing the day to day relationship
Dealing with any customer issues / problems
Up-selling / cross-selling any additional services
Acting as a trusted adviser to customers.
Ability to deal with customers
Able to resolve issues
Knowledge of the technology sector
Well presented and good communication skills
