We are experienced in running ‘Assessment centres’ with our clients, in order to assess a number of candidates side by side. Ideal when you are looking for 2 or more candidates at the same level.
- Managed Service
Our ‘Managed Service', or outsourced recruitment solution, allows for the most effective utilisation of resources, ensuring a true partnership approach which maximises return on investment and provides a consistently high level of results.
- Search and Selection
Ideal if you are looking for a more senior level executive who is unlikely to be on the open market or when the placement is of a highly specialised nature. Confidentiality is a key element of any Search exercise and as such how the details of the company and the vacancy are revealed form a key part of this type of work.
