Our client is a leading supplier of IT services across a wide range of areas, including networking, connectivity, hosting, CRM and security.

In the next few weeks they are opening a new office in the Reading area and as a result have some new opportunities opening up within Inside Sales.

The role will be focused on the development of a set of existing clients. You will be allocated a set of customers who have used your services in the past, but who do not spend enough to be allocated with a specific BDM. You will be tasked with profiling these customers to ascertain if there are new opportunities to within these.

You will be expected to use your excellent telephone manner to establish their needs for the next 12 months and establish a good working relationships, uncovering new projects and potential business opportunities.

The Inside sales role will involve a mix of lead generation and closing the smaller deals yourself.

Candidates who are selected for this position can expect a comprehensive training programme and you certainly will not be 'thrown in at the deep end' with no support.

Our client pride themselves on having a very low staff turnover and work with their employees to make sure that they have every tool necessary to do an excellent job and most importantly earn their OTE of £15,000 on top of the basic salary circa £22,000.
