Our client is a leading supplier of IT security software, based in the city of London.
An internal sales role has become available in the channel sales team.
You will be responsible for selling the full range of IT security solutions to channel partners.
The main aspects of the role are to include:-
• To proactively cold call and contact prospective new resellers.
• Working to a business plan, develop the reseller relationships and progress to qualified partner status.
• As the role develops the successful individual would be expected to be responsible for growing and managing the day to day relationships for the recruited partners.
• Work closely with senior external account managers and develop existing un-managed resellers.
• On a low level, provide product demonstration to end users / prospective reseller.
• Keeping CRM updated with sales opportunities & progress of reseller development
This is a challenging position within a fast growing business in the ever changing field of IT security and we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following key attributes:-
High levels of written and verbal presentation skills are essential.
Must converse well at all levels
Smart, articulate, confident and a strong team player.
Highly driven, always willing to learn and competitive attitude
Knowledge of Software Security products and services will be beneficial but not
essential.
Must have strong desire in IT or have intermediate knowledge around information Technology.
Self Starter, ability to work independently and under pressure
