Internal Sales Executive - £22k, OTE £29k plus benefits.

Our client is based just outside the centre of Weybridge and close to the Brooklands Estate.

A requirement has become available to join the existing sales team.

The role is pre-dominately focused on maintaining an existing customer base and increase sales within these clients.

This is a B-2-B sales position selling the various products to trade customers. A key aspect of the role will involve maintaining regular client contact to determine current and future purchasing and how you can assist them with planned growth.

The overall aim of the job holder is to secure an aggressive growth in profitable business that is achieved through new and repeat orders resulting from providing first class customer care and securing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Attributes/Skills:

It is essential for the successful candidate to be:

•  To demonstrate a proven track record in internal sales person preferably with some people management experience to facilitate planned future expansion.
•  Experience of working in an organisation with a customer care/customer satisfaction ethos
•  A track record in building positive customer relations and securing repeat business.
Target driven with high activity levels.

The position will suit candidates that possess the following skills and attributes:

• A self starter able to work under own initiative and generate new sales leads.
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills.
• Proven telephone sales and client management skills and techniques.
• Totally fluent in the English language both written and verbal.
• IT competent with Microsoft Office Products.
• Able to work in a small sales team.
