Our client is a specialist networking company based in Woking, Surrey. They are divided in to several key areas which include general networking, Microsoft, IBM, Infrastructure solutions, Security and Mobile data solutions. Since inception 15 years ago they have maintained constant year on year growth and have managed to remain profitable throughout this time.
The current vacancy is for a Wireless LAN and Infrastructure Sales Executive.
JOB PURPOSE:
To work within an established and professional sales and management team to provide solutions direct to customers and in the area of Switching, Wireless and Cabling infrastructures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with sales and partners to provide technical expertise and assistance within sales opportunities for infrastructure market.
Communicate both the technical and business value to clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and vendors.
Make formal and informal presentations to senior management (IT Directors and FD’s).
Relate products and solutions within the infrastructure space.
Develop and enhance sales within the department as a core entity of our client.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
1-2 years pre-sales experience.
Sound knowledge and experience in Wireless market – (switching and security an advantage).
Solid understanding of wireless standards and infrastructure technology.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, written and oral communication skills.
Must have energy, drive, commitment and passion.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic salary between £20k and £40k with an uncapped and achievable commission structure. Some of the established sales people are earning upwards of £110k
