JOB PURPOSE
To work closely with new and existing customers to offer and combine the best possible infrastructure solutions including Citrix, VMware, Unified Communications and Managed Services. To maintain excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and strategies to uncover potential opportunities
- Work with Telemarketing team to take ownership of qualified leads
- Manage full sales cycle while working closely with key team members including marketing, Sales Management and pre-sales
- Take ownership of sales target and sales plan
- Maintain “high levels” of customer service
- Consult and present the features and benefits around Virtualisation infrastructure solutions
- To play a strong part in driving incremental growth with end user customers
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- New business, Business Development and Account Management experience
- Past and current infrastructure solution sales experience (VMware, Citrix, Cisco, HP, Microsoft etc)
- Self sufficient with good prioritizations skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated
- 3 to 4 years infrastructure sales experience
- Would like to work for a leading IT solutions provider
- Pro-active team player
- Confident selling at senior level
