Our Search & Selection service is ideal if you are looking for a more senior level executive who is unlikely to be on the open market or when the placement is of a highly specialised nature. Confidentiality is a key element of any Search exercise and as such how the details of the company and the vacancy are revealed form a key part of this type of work.
Search & Selection is divided into three key steps:-
- The client briefing;
this is where we discuss your requirements in detail, understanding the reasons behind the hire, and also discussion potential ideas on how to approach the market.
- Short listing;
this is where our Talent Acquisition team are tasked with approaching specific individuals in relation to the opportunity. To gauge interest and assess their suitability given the criteria that you have laid out at the briefing stage.
- Placement;
when one of our candidates has been successfully appointment to the role.
