Our Managed Service is designed for clients who have an ongoing recruitment requirement allowing you to transfer all or part of your sales recruitment activities to us. With this service we work with you closely to identify your requirements in terms of cultural fit and then produce a “managed service agreement”. By using our Managed Service you can spend more of your resources back on internal issues and strategies, and leave the job of managing multi-agencies and managing the recruitment processes to a dedicated Customer Account Manager.
