Talent Acquisition Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and successful specialist sales recruitment company. Due to continued growth in 2010 we are looking for applications from bright and highly driven individuals to join our talent Acquisition teams focused on information and technology.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will work alongside the Customer Account Managers to attract and resource candidates. You will be trained in all aspects of permanent recruitment and develop a real expertise in your specialist area.

Demand Creation Manager
The role of Demand Creation Manager is crucial in identifying new target markets and companies that we are looking to work with in the future. By staying in constant communication with key decision makers in the market place, Robertson Sumner is able to stay ahead of the competition. Our Demand Creation team work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure all opportunities are seized upon.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in a proactive sales role, people who are outgoing and exuberant. The ability to engage in business discussions with senior sales professionals and influence at all levels are key.
You will need to have a high degree of self motivation, have excellent communication skills and have a positive outlook.
