Where are Robertson Sumner based and which areas within the UK do you cover?
Robertson Sumner are based in Walton on Thames, in Surrey. With excellent access to the M25, M3 & M4. Making us in an ideal situation to have excellent access to the majority of candidates and clients in the Home Counties and Central London. We represent clients and candidates at all levels throughout the whole of the South East.
How do you charge for your services?
We work with all of our candidates free of charge. A fee is then payable by our clients once you have been placed into a new role. If you are a client, our service is charged as a percentage of the annual remuneration of the individual we place with you.
As a client, how much will it cost to work with Robertson Sumner to fill my sales roles?
Robertson Sumner offer a range of services to match the majority of budgets. This is based on a variety of key factors including: Basic Salary, the number of current & future vacancies, exclusivity and whether we work on a retained or contingency basis. In the current marketplace, recruitment can be seen as a costly process but the most important thing is that you feel you are getting value for the fee you are paying.

I have submitted my CV, what happens next?
One of our Talent Acquisition team will assess your CV against the requirements of the role to which you have applied. If your CV meets the basic requirements we will contact you to discuss the role in more detail and arrange for a more formal interview to take place. This will cover your most recent roles, all aspects of your skills and experience, your achievements and your reason for looking to change jobs, at this stage we will assess your suitability for various opportunities.
At first our plans were to use various consultancies as we felt it would be most effective in saving time and cost. I am glad to say I was wrong. By using Robertson Sumner as our exclusive consultancy not only has it been efficient in the aforementioned areas but our expectations have been far exceeded.
