Understanding your business

After an initial consultation about a particular requirement. We will discuss the various options open to you, agree realistic timescales and work with you to ensure that you are happy with our approach in the first instance.

Long list generation

We use a variety of methods to find the right candidate for your company, creating a “long list” of potential candidates who ‘could’ do the role. We use a variety of methods including searching our in-house database system, using our “Linked-In” networks and running tailored advertising campaigns on your behalf.

Short list selection

Having generated a “long list” of potential candidates for your company, our Customer Account Managers then will work through the long list in order to assess their cultural fit for your business.

Presentation of your Company

Once we have identified the short list, we will present the opportunity to them in greater detail, and will ask them to research the company. This is to justify their commitment to the position, and their interest levels in attending an interview. After this process we select the most suitable and provide our recommendations on who to interview.

Interview Management

We will arrange all interviews on your behalf and feedback will be provided to you within 24 hours of each meeting. We also look to give the candidate immediate feedback to keep the process on track.

Offer Management

We want to ensure you recruit the candidate you really want, which on many occasions involves negotiation. With our recruitment experience we can manage this process effectively so a mutual agreement is reached and start date organised efficiently.

Post Offer Management and After Sales Consultancy

Following acceptance of an offer, we maintain regular communication with all parties up to the start date. We offer resignation and counter offer advice in order to make sure the candidate is 100% committed to their new position. Our post offer management service allows a smooth transition, delivering you the quality candidate you set out to find. We also contact the candidate after they have started with you, to find out how they have settled in to their new role. Providing you with feedback from their perspective.

  At first our plans were to use various consultancies as we felt it would be most effective in saving time and cost. I am glad to say I was wrong.
