  When a client places a vacancy with Robertson & Sumner, they will be assigned to a dedicated consultant who will manage their vacancy and deal with any queries, ensuring a continuous point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process. Once the consultant has gathered information on the role and the culture of the company, they will then use their background knowledge of the industry, along with further research to enable them to select suitable sales professionals for the vacancy.

Industry Specialists

 

The consultant dealing with the vacancy will be a specialist in your industry and will have experience of recruiting similar positions in that specific market. Our consultants are fully aware of the sales recruitment industry and spend a lot of time researching and resourcing candidates in their specific market.
