Client Account Manager – The Candidate:
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and relationship management skills, along with solid experience within the IT Managed Services sector as well as a proven track record in sales. Key areas of experience and knowledge includes; but is not limited to;
- Proven track record of success within the IT Sales industry
- Good general knowledge of hardware, software, and a leaning towards networking and security
- Customer focussed, inquisitive, challenging, structured, credible and commercially astute
- 5+ years of successful track record at a MSP or a relevant SI/VAR with Managed Services
- Consultative sales experience within a business to business environment
- Proven track record within an end user focused sales role
- History of creating and developing customer / client relationships
Client Account Manager – The Role:
Working with an existing, spending, account base you will be tasked with managing the on-going client relationships. This will include articulating solutions to clients and look for cross sell opportunities within the customer base. You will be expected to liaise with clients and sales team directly whilst working effectively with the wider team and engaging as necessary.
In addition you will be expected to provide regular feedback on changing client requirements to ensure ongoing relevance as well as articulate the message of the businesses services and sell the brand.
