Briefing Meeting with Robertson Sumner

Like our Contingency service, we require an in depth consultation with the hiring manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business, the culture, and an in depth candidate specification. We would then agree with you on the format of the assessment centre, we can assist you in deigning suitable content such as group exercises, role plays and presentations.

Pre -Assessment Selection

Before the assessment centre you will receive all the CV’s for the candidates attending the assessment centre, and confirmation of all attendee’s. At any time prior to the assessment centre you will have the opportunity to discuss CV’s with your Customer Account Manager.

The Assessment Day

We attend the beginning assessment day, in order to introduce the candidates to you, and also to make sure everyone has arrived safely. We can also assist in the assessment process if needed, to free up your time allowing you to focus on assessing each individual candidate.

Post Assessment Analysis

This enables us to give you feedback from candidates interested in working for you, and for you to discuss feedback / potential offers on individuals.
